Storage needed to use the service
Soffyt uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, session security, the selected organization, and saved interface preferences. These help keep you signed in and preserve the context needed to use the workspace.
Your browser controls
You can manage cookies and local storage in your browser’s settings. Clearing or blocking necessary storage can sign you out, reset preferences, or prevent parts of the service from working. Clearing browser storage does not delete company records stored in Soffyt.
Advertising and analytics
Our published privacy policy states that Soffyt does not currently use advertising or marketing trackers, including Google Analytics or Meta Pixel, and does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Necessary session storage and security logging still occur.
Connected services
Embedded or connected services can receive technical information when they load or when you use them. Provider notices describe their own processing. A Soffyt browser-storage setting does not necessarily change storage or account settings held by Google, Microsoft, Stripe, or another provider.

This notice summarizes the browser-storage practices in Section 8 of the privacy policy. Refer to that policy for tracking choices, changes to these practices, and privacy-request information.
